Preparation of a titanium alloy outer ring self-lubricating spherical plain bearing by a two-step extrusion forming process

چکیده

Self-lubricating spherical plain bearings are a key component widely used in the aerospace field. The bearing made of titanium alloy has lighter weight and better corrosion resistance. To manufacture outer ring self-lubricating with alloy, two-step extrusion forming process was proposed. Taking GE15DE1TK as an example, finite element simulation model established, test carried out, by TC4 successfully prepared. results show that defects such over insufficient can be improved optimizing die structure, size blank, lubrication conditions. parameters for given. prepared directly without other processes to correct no-load rotational breakaway torque.
